Dues & Payments

Supporting Our Community

Annual dues are essential to maintaining and improving Huronia Heights. These contributions support shared services, community spaces, and neighborhood activities that benefit all property owners.

As members of Huronia Heights, Inc., all property owners are required to pay annual dues and any applicable assessments in accordance with the association’s bylaws.

Annual Dues

Dues are assessed each year and help cover shared community expenses, including:

  • Waste management and disposal services

  • Maintenance of common areas

  • Lawn service in parks

  • Administrative and operational costs

  • Legal and professional services

  • Community projects and improvements

Dues notices are distributed annually with payment instructions and deadlines.

  • Improved Property (with home): $275 per year

  • Vacant Lot: $105 per year

  • Due Date: June 30 each year

Property owners will receive a written notice of the amount due approximately one month prior to the due date.
